A poetic kinetic typographic sketchbook project where each generative system bring words to life with the principles of Nature Of Code.

The idea stem from multiple inspirations. Instead of focusing on the one subject, I wanted to learn more from content of the class. That led me to turn it into a challenge! I wanted this challenge to have a broader concept though, an this led me to use type as the concept and I have decided to generate prompts to apply on text using material from Nature of Code. This is also known as kinetic typography, moving types.

Chapter 1: Vectors

Vector Drift

Letters drift and shift using vector math, responding to a moving origin.

Think of words lost at sea, carried by invisible forces.

Magnet Word

Text attracts or repels from a point using vector subtraction.

Imagine the word "PULL" resisting the urge to stay still.
